Our Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Group Foundation Course is an intensive training day for qualified aesthetic practitioners who want to build a safe, structured approach to nasal assessment and treatment planning, with a strong emphasis on anatomy, risk awareness, and clinical governance.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a high-risk indication within dermal filler practice. This course is delivered with a safety-first focus, helping delegates develop a robust consultation framework, recognise when not to treat, and understand complication readiness and escalation pathways.
What the course covers
- Consultation & suitability: structured medical history, ICE (Ideas, Concerns, Expectations), screening for contraindications, and managing expectations
- Nasal anatomy & risk awareness: key vascular considerations, danger zones, depth principles and risk-reduction strategies
- Assessment-led planning: identifying suitable indications, understanding limitations, and creating conservative, staged treatment plans
- Technique principles (non-prescriptive): product behaviour considerations, depth control concepts, and structured approach to precision and symmetry
- Aftercare & follow-up: normal post-treatment effects vs red flags; review and documentation standards
- Complications & escalation: early recognition of vascular compromise and visual symptoms, immediate actions, and urgent referral pathways
- Clinical governance: consent wording, photography, batch/expiry traceability, and audit-ready documentation
Who it’s for
This is a foundation-level group course for practitioners who already have an appropriate baseline in injectables and are progressing into nasal work within their scope, training, and indemnity.
Educational training only. Dermal filler procedures carry a risk of vascular occlusion and, rarely, visual compromise. Delegates must have robust medical escalation pathways in place and practise strictly within UK professional standards, competency, and local governance.
