RUTE – Cancellation Policy
At RUTE, clinical time is reserved exclusively for you. Each appointment involves medical preparation, scheduling, and governance procedures. We therefore operate a clear and fair cancellation policy.

Deposits
•A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
•Deposits are non-refundable.
•Deposits are deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Transferring Your Deposit
•Deposits may be transferred to an alternative appointment with 48 hours’ notice or more.
•The new appointment must be booked at the time of rescheduling.
This allows us to offer your original appointment slot to another patient.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours
•Cancellation of an appointment within 48 hours will result in loss of the deposit.
•Failure to attend (Did Not Attend / DNA) will also result in loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:
•Your appointment may need to be shortened, or
•It may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit retained.
This ensures fairness to other patients booked that day.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Discretion may be applied in exceptional medical circumstances.
