What to Expect After Your Treatment
Immediately After
Redness, swelling, tenderness, and small injection marks are common. The area may feel firm or uneven — this is normal and temporary.
Days 1–3
Swelling may increase slightly before improving. Bruising can appear or darken. Lips and under-eye areas tend to swell more.
Days 4–14
Swelling settles, filler softens, and results begin to look more natural. Final results are usually seen at around 2 weeks.
Aftercare Do’s
• Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling (short intervals only).
• Keep the area clean and touch only with clean hands.
• Sleep slightly elevated for the first 1–2 nights.
• Stay well hydrated.
• Attend your review appointment if advised.
Aftercare Don’ts (First 48 Hours)
• Do not massage or manipulate the treated area unless instructed.
• Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive heat.
• Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid makeup for at least 12–24 hours.
• Avoid sunbeds, saunas, and steam rooms.
What’s Normal
• Swelling and redness
• Tenderness or firmness
• Bruising
• Temporary asymmetry
• Product feeling firm initially
What’s Not Normal – Contact Us Immediately If You Notice:
• Severe or worsening pain
• Blanching or white patches of skin• Mottled or dusky skin colour
• Increasing redness, heat, or pus
• Visual changes or severe headache
