Refund & Credit Policy – RUTE
At RUTE, we believe in transparency and fairness.
- Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment or you are deemed medically unsuitable.
- Treatments already carried out are non-refundable. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened skin care retail items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
- In certain circumstances, a credit note may be offered instead of a refund. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and are non-transferable.
If you wish to request a refund or credit, please contact us in writing. All requests are reviewed within 10 working days.
